Katherine Ordon
I have been a teacher in the Catholic System for many years and joined the Religious Education Team at Catholic Education SA in 2004 as a Consultant. I hold a Theology Degree and Masters in Theological Studies and my passion, and the main focus of my work until my retirement, has been teaching Scripture and Theology to teachers studying the Graduate Certificate in Catholic Education. I love Scripture and since my retirement in 2016 have been delighted to continue working for CESA as a guest presenter of Professional Learning Workshops which support the SA Religious Education Curriculum. I have been an active member of the Athelstone Catholic Eucharistic Community for many years and since downsizing and moving to a new suburb, now attend Mass in the Norwood Parish.
I was brought up in the Methodist Church before becoming a Catholic whilst teaching at Loreto College. I am inspired by the work of the RCUC members as I have a deep respect for both traditions.
